Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the situation and resolve the issue promptly. However, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, indicating whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
